Glitter & Rock 'n' Roll

Last night was gig night! The amazing Falling Red were playing locally & I felt I needed to do something pretty fabulous for the occasion.
I'm not entirely sure how much I loved this. It looked good, but in my head it looked better (if that makes any sense).
I used Sugarpill's Bulletproof, Stella & Darling, Illamasqua's Idol, MAC's Bough Grey (which is rapidly becoming my favourite shade to blend out blacks), a touch of MAC's glittery eyeliner in Peacocky was thrown in there for good measure.

Idol was used on the inner corner & on the browbone. Bulletproof in the crease with Bough Grey to blend it out.
Stella was used on the lids over MAC's Greasepaint Stick in Slick Black with some of Illamasqua's Sealing Gel patted over everything to keep it in place.

Under the eye, I used Darling & Stella.
The Peacocky is only just visible here. I think it may be time to throw it out, it was hard getting any on at all, I suspect it's drying out. :(

Excuse the ridiculously puffy face. My hayfever seems to have kicked in & I've also had a bit of a cold, hence the puffiness.

I've also finally re-dyed my pink hair. No more off-purple bits! It's done with Special Effects Atomic Pink & Cupcake Pink mixed together. The pictures don't show how bright it truly is, it's verging on neon.

  3. Thanks everyone!
I know what you mean Ruthy. I took it out a few years back & ended up missing it so much I went & got it pierced again.
