Another fabulous glitter nail polish from Deborah Lippmann, this time it's Flash Dance.
Flash Dance is a mixture of fuchsia & purple glitter. Two or three coats of this gives you opaque glittery nails.
As with all of the DL polishes I've tried, this applies really easily & smoothly. The finish definitely needs a glossy topcoat. Although it does feel a little rough, it certainly isn't the worst glitter polish in that regard.

One thing occurred to me - Flash Dance looks remarkably similar to another polish; Bloomsbury Square by Nails Inc. In the bottles, they look very close to each other, apply them both to nails, side by side, and they're not as close as they first seem.

Bloomsbury Square is distinctly more purple-toned and there's a slight blue cast to it, whereas Flash Dance has more pink to it.
Another big difference: Flash Dance lasted a lot longer on my nails. Bloomsbury Square was chipped & flaking off the day after application. This could be due to it feeling a bit thicker than Flash Dance. As far as the rough, slightly gritty texture that some glitter polishes have, Bloomsbury Square is far worse in this regard than Flash Dance. It takes an extra layer of topcoat to smooth it out.
